Although a handful of the domains developed within the Nucite Network are owned by Nucite Solutions (the parent company), most of the domains we develop are done via joint-venture.

We all share a common goal - making more money with our existing assets. We have what you need and vise-versa. Together, we can enhance each of our bottom lines. We are always happy to evaluate one domain at a time or an entire portfolio. If a joint-venture looks like it may be a good fit, we'd be happy to explore a potential relationship with you. All we ask is for you to get the ball rolling by telling us what domains you currently hold:

We know you probably have a number of questions. And if the domains you own meet the high level of quality we're looking for, we would be happy to talk with you until we've clearly answered them all. There are, however, a few non-negotiable criteria each partnership must include. So rather than waste anyone's time, we'd like to make these few points clear up front:

• We DO NOT require you to pay any money to have us develop your domain(s). We make money when the domain makes money. All revenues earned are shared between the domain owner and Nucite Solutions. The percentage earned by each party is negotiable and evaluated on a per-domain basis.
• Developing a domain properly takes a lot of time and money. We are willing to absorb all of those costs and spend all of that time developing your property. That being the case, our standard contract does impose a minimum development time to ensure our efforts are not made in vain. However, we do realize that most owners would like to keep the option available to sell their domain if the right offer comes along. Therefore, our standard contract does provide a "buyout option" that allows the domain owner to terminate the contract at any time. That buyout price is negotiable and is evaluated on a per-domain basis.
