Who owns the domain names?
That depends on the individual domain. Some are owned by Nucite Solutions (the parent company of the Nucite Network). Others are owned by individuals or companies that have joint ventured with Nucite Solutions to have their valuable resource properly developed.

Nucite Solutions is owned by Jeff Meyer (the guy posting all the blog entries). The company is based out of Gurnee, Illinois and consists of a very small staff of development professionals.
